All the projects we work on have been created based on a unique multiplatform tool for developing Unity 3D games that contains the complete set of qualities of the professional application, and includes “purely accidentally” a more powerful engine on this side of a million dollars.
Graphics Unity has highly optimized graphic “pipeline” both for DirectX, and for OpenGL. Animated meshes, systems of particles, advanced illumination and shadows... And everything operates flash-like! On powerful hardware Unity renders millions polygons per second. Unity warrants that your games and applications will go wherever you wish. It includes full support DirectX and render OpenGL. Scripting Unity supports three languages of scripting: JavaScript, C# and Python's dialect called Boo. All three are equally fast and mutually compatible. All three may use underlying .NET libraries that support databases, regular expressions, XML, access to files and networking. Realization of JavaScript in Unity compiles during the operation of the program (JIT) into machine code. It operates 20 times faster that JavaScript based on Flash or Director, and with the same speed as C# and Boo. Physics Unity uses the most advanced engine in the world, Ageia PhysX™ Physics Engine that is applied in such games as Unreal Tournament 2007 and Ghost Recon 3. Unity supports fully rigid body physics. Rigid bodies act under the influence of forces, clash and work with Joints without any additional scripts. Also Unity has specialized Wheel Collider that simulates accurately the road-holding of real automobile tires that allows creating qualitative race games easily.
3D Audio and Video It is possible to display video to any surfaces or directly to the screen in your games and applications. It is possible to synchronize and syncopate audio and video, as well as locate in 3D space positional audio sources wherever you like. It is possible to make remote attenuation and set up the sound parameters, in order to provide the maximum possible presence effect.
